    Smile TGIF...Friday the 13th

Last day before my kids' February vacation.

No errands to run today, and I WILL work on Lauren's quilt. I don't know why I view it as such a chore, but I'm tired of looking at it, and I really want to finish it. I always seem to find something else to do though.

General house cleaning today. I need to put away laundry, and I may have 1 load to wash. Just about caught up for once

I am going to do some baking for Valentine's Day today too. I want to make orange cream rolls for Dave, and chocolate chip cookie pops for the kids.

Hope everyone has a great Friday!

It's supposed to be nice today, around 60, yay! I plan to go to the license bureau to renew my driver's license and license the truck. I also plan to do some baking and general cleaning. But, if it's as nice as they say it's going to be, I may just sit on the deck and read a book!

The weather will be colder, rain mixed with snow. Joy. I have to work today. Should be super busy as it is day before Valentines (restraunt biz). House work is all caught up except for ironing so today is easy. I will start potato soup in the crock pot before I head in to work so it is almost like a day to relax.

Friday the 13th has always been a good day for me (don't know whether it's because I own a black cat for extra good luck!)

Here in Ontario we have Family Day on Monday so it's going to be a nice long weekend and no snow in the forecast

Yay for Friday's! I have no meetings at work today so that makes my work day awesome. After work some of my friends from here at work are going to see an early showing of Twilight at our dollar movies in town. We are going to eat afterwards.

I imagine that I won't get much productive work done once I get home tonight. I will probably work on my quilt while I watch TV. I guess that the quilt is productive...

Today I am getting to drive for the first time in almost three weeks. I am just hoping my foot holds up and I am able to do it.

DD has a volunteer recognition reception from 10:30-12:00. DS and I will check her out of school and go there with her.

Other than taking her, we are just going to be bums today. We'll do a little cleaning, head to the batting cages (baseball is getting back into full swing), drop the kids off at the gym so they can lift weights, get their workout in and shoots some hoops with their friends.

    Have a good one!!!

My grandkids have today & Monday off from school, mid-Winter break they call it lol. I never got mid-Winter break when I was in school.

I will be sorting stuff in the puter room today, deciding who is going to get what from the stuff I have purchased so far for gifts for the year, clean out my car, finish up the laundry (yuk), do the dishes and try to figure out where I am going to put all my knick knacky stuff now that we don't have that huge entertainment center in the livingroom.

Not much. I have spaghetti sauce in the crock pot. It's been simmering away. Smells good here in the house. Got some basic house cleaning to do, nothing special. Gonna be a pretty quiet day here i believe. I have some phone calls to make.

This has been a lovely day. Very sunny and cool out. I had a small problem to deal with first thing this morning-last night both dogs were blasted by a skunk-full force. It was so awful that I had to make beds for them in the garage. I have them in getting cleaned up and de scented at the groomers. Will pick them up later. I worked out this morning and burnt off any stray body butter- it feels so good .(An investment in time and energy that pays off in such sweet dividends!)I spent the day upstairs doing more sorting, moving, and organizing. Also am caught up on laundry for the weekend- dropped off the dry cleaning, stopped at the bank and picked up the produce for the weekend.Tonight I am going to help with a roller skating birthday party for my best friends daughter.Should be a wild and crazy time(10 eight year old girls!)Hope you had a nice Friday the Thirteenth, and that it wasn't too bad on you!

Not a great day here, but OK. Took DH to dr about his back (he hurt it at work last week) and the dr basically wrote him an open ended excuse from work and told him to come back in 3 weeks. Workers comp is covering this, but it still makes me very nervous financially anyway. I also homeschooled the kids, washed laundry and hung it out, and am currently simmering dinner on the stove. Nothing else for today.
