    Default Frugal Friday 10/2

Good morning. Well I'm off to work so I'll be frugal and take my lunch. I made chicken strip salad out of leftovers. No spending money today since yesterday was grocery day. Hope you all enjoy your day.

    Good morning all,
This morning I need to wash a load of laundry & get it hung outside.
Should be a no spend day. This afternoon I go to my housecleaning job. So will make $60 for the EF.
Will come back and make a homemade pizza for dinner.

Working today. Also going out to lunch today, so not very frugal, although I only go out once every 2 weeks, so not too bad. Tonight when I get home, will be working on a quilt from fabric I had and doing some meal planning for the week from sale papers and coupons. Still haven't turned on the heat and it's mighty chilly in the morning!

    Good morning fellow villagers!

Today the boys & I were supposed to go apple picking w/ our homeschool group. But I woke up feeling icky this morning, plus it's COLD and rainy so we are staying home. Gonna keep it light...just finish up laundry, vacuum, work on writing with my 8yo, math with my 11yo, and maybe bake a cake.

I hope to get some unpacking down before and after I work this afternoon. I am also making dinner in the crockpot this morning and need to wash and put away a couple of loads of laundry.

Today is my Monday, so I'm a busy girl!!
Got a notice that my homeowner's insurance was being cancelled for non-payment!!! Hmmm..... check was mailed September 9th, so I'm off to the bank to stop payment and will stop at the insurance agent's office to write a new one.
5 loads of laundry are almost done
Got my whip and chair out to make the teens do their schoolwork
    Pay bills
Gather all my schoolbooks and papers to take to work with me tonight - it's a 12 hour overnight shift with my favorite baby client, so it will be fun!
DH and the teens are going to swim practice, to teach swim lessons (it's the teens employment) and then to a football game and church activity afterwards. So they'll eat out tonight (it was planned that way!)
I am going to try and stop at the gym on my way to work, but am not sure if I'll have time.
Have a great weekend everyone- I'll be working (and adding to the EF!)
Mary Carney Working the night shift 'cause they never have meetings at 3am!

I will be treating myself to a $5 footlong Subway sub....I don't eat out at all anymore so DH said I can have a treat.
I am making Chicken Parmesan for dinner since no football practice tonight.
    Everyone enjoy your day!

~Today I'm stressing out mostly. Can I just hijack the thread and complain?
Seriously, though, after homeschooling this morning, working on my shopping list and packing lists for camping next week, doing housework, quilting, then forgetting about dd's appointment and having a complete meltdown I think all that's left for the day is to make homemade pizza for dinner and breath. If I can keep myself from feeling like a complete failure I might actually salvage the day.~

Oh Nuisance, you just had one of those days......you can complain and whine all you need. The day will soon be over and then you will be back to your normal fighting form!! Take care and don't push yourself!!
