Frugal Friday September 23

It's Aloha Friday!!
No work til Monday!!

A very popular song that is played on all stations every Friday - and we all sing along whether or not we admit it!!

Friday - Another fun day with the preschoolers!! After school I have another physical therapy session - think they'll be winding down in the next few months - I am almost up to two years!!

Heading to the pool for sure - I waited around Thursday for my masseuse but she never showed up - although she's a little flaky - she is so talented and for that I can put up with flakiness!!

Dinner will be leftovers so we're good there. Looks like a start to a mellow weekend.

MauiMagic, all of your days sound just simply wonderful! Even down to the exercising in the pool!

Well, today I have work and school for the kids. I am leaving work a little early today to get groceries for next week, as we will be out of town this weekend.

I still need to pack for at least one child and micromanage the older one who insists on doing things herself yet never quite gets it all packed! lol Then off to drive for 2 1/2 hours before we reach our destination. Excited for the kids to go swimming again, though! Hotels are great for that!

Are your ready for some football?!? I am!!! It's another Friday night filled with some high school football here in the south! DS's varsity game is out of town again. Thankfully, it's only about 30-45 minutes away. I absolutely LOVE football Fridays! Nothing more exciting than watching my big guy crack some skulls on the field!

Until we leave for his game I plan to do the usual; dishes, laundry, a little cleaning...

Also need to pack our football game bag...a blanket in case it gets chilly (although not likely - it is still in the upper 90's here), our noise makers and clappers, a bag of popcorn to snack on, and the stadium seats for our tooshies.

I have been working on decluttering our entire house before the holiday season hits or if we move again...which ever may come first. this morning I can finally see a difference in the house

so today I will keep working at it. I have to clean the kitchen and handwash some dishes, then on to declutter upstairs.

I am hoping dh gets rid of our old tv this weekend so that will clear all the excess out of the living room.

the weather is going to be so nice here this weekend we will cook on the grill and get out the badmitton set. and squeeze in a trip to the library. food, fun, and reading....should make everyone happy

Good morning!

I'm spending the day waiting for the real estate agent to pop back by with his rug shampooer. Since there's no specific time period, I'm stuck doing touchup painting jobs today. I plan on painting the railings, the areas in the master bathroom, the closet doors in DS7's room and all of the entry doors in the upstairs (minus DS7's, which we did a couple of nights ago).

I took a day off yesterday, minus the four hour straight cleaning job in the morning, to get recharged. Now that I am, I can get stuff done. If I get the painting done today, I can spend the next two days cleaning up the yard.

This Friday has been spent cleaning and waiting on the sanitation company to come pump my septic tank. Tonight I will be relaxing with wine in hand , toasting to my "birthday weekend". I decided this birthday wasn't getting 1 day recognition, it was getting 2.

Once i get out of work i need to stop at CVS and pick up some essentials then home. Tonight i am going home eating my leftovers, do dishes then either curl up with a book or watch movie. I love Friday Nights!!
