I got lucky at Market Basket this a.m. with their discounted veggies:

5 cucumbers for $1.19 (will make cucumber salads)
4 portobello mushrooms for $1.03 (will stuff and bake)
cabbage @ 29¢ lb (coleslaw

)
2 eggplant @ 69¢ lb (making eggplant parmagiana)
6 red skin potatoes @ 39¢ lb (potato salad)

yummy stuff, Oh well my day is starting off slow washed 2 sets of sheets up and hanging up to dry. Looking at grocery sales papers not much on sale going to watch every penny over the weekend going to make MIL made we are spending a lot on the 4th she just does not know it yet. Wish me well. Her budget $100 for food my budget $40.Clipping coupons and cleaning house for the rest of the day have air set on 75 with ceiling fans on and curtains closed... Don't know about supper yet. Going to work on veggie bed this evening hope it produces something maybe chives, cilantro, and jalapanos . well have a good day

Made my July menu as well as a OAM cooking plan.
Organized my calendars so they all read the same - July is a busy month for us.
Line drying some laundry right now.
Made some cold salads.
Getting ready to: trim a few branches from a tree, dry some herbs, weed the flower beds, get the propane tanks filled, grocery shop and hit the bank to open savings accounts for my babes.

I have an on-line class to work on, (boo!) that I promised myself would be done before the end of June (double boo!).
