Going to finish weeding in my flower gardens, and put weed and feed on them. While we're still having cooler days.

Keep cleaning in the FLYlady 'zone'---the foyer, stairs and landing, dining room area.

Wash some more bedding--the sons' rooms haven't been washed and changed out yet.

Hope to walk the dog today. I've been eating way too much ice cream this summer, and not walking enough, due to the heat. My clothes are getting tighter.

Making a tray of baked ziti to bring to my sons office for his birthday I do this every year and they all look forward to it applying for some more jobs on craiglist and doing some general cleaning in the house . Probably will swim in the afternoon in my pool and just sit outside under the umbrella and read . been feeling kind of down the last few days need to cheer myself up some how. dont know what Im making for dinner so will have to come up with a plan Have a wonderful friday everyone

I guess I'd best make a list 'cuz with me, nothing gets done without one. Sad, but oh so true. lol

So, here goes my list for today.

- Do laundry
- Call Betty
- Call for prescription refills

- Empty vacuum[s] out
- Unload stuff out of trunk of car
- Make postcard to send for swap

- Wash down one of my bathroom walls
- Go get Donna's keys to get her mail for her
- Get Betty's clothes together to take to her

Just came in from hanging up a load of clothes...sitting here wet with sweat

The 2nd load is hanging in the basement. And I still have 1 load in the washer.

Took Sophie to a playdate...made lunch...Mom is watching Sophie this afternoon while at app...then possibly to the beach to visit friends until suppertime.

Basic house cleaning/chores
seperating plastics/glass & aluminum for recycling (have about a yrs worth, hope it turns into a good chunk of change)

Took advantage of the sales tax holiday and got the main school supplies for the twins. This does not include book bags and maybe lunch boxes. Need to check their condition first. But we spent a whopping $25! Whoohoo! Not bad for double of everything on the list. Of course, the high schooler doesn't get his list until school starts and he finds out from teachers what they need. But he can still get pens, pencils, etc. that he knows he'll need. But I do wish teachers would give some kind of list with the schedules, KWIM?

Only money spent today. Ate a quick snack before heading out and now we're having burgers and corn on the cob...if I get off here and get busy.

Still working on computer project...making progress...

Went to my new chiropractor today, expecting to pay $115. She found out I'm a student and have no insurance and only charged me $50!!

And she was GREAT with my leg/back problem! I'm feeling so much better! Will go in for another appt next week to make sure things are doing fine (I have numerous past injuries that plague me to this day).

I went by Office Max to use two coupons. $2 for a 2-pack of Kleenex (200 ct boxes). Grabbed 3 of those (coupon limit). Went to get the 10 cent packs of index cards and they were out. The manager got the same brand of THREE-PACKS and still told the cashier to only charge me 10 cents!!! 30 cents for 900 index cards!!!!!!

(Index cards are a main 'staple' in my study habits). I'm so happy!

Last load of laundry is in the dryer...all the others are put away.

Made a lentil-rice casserole from what I had on hand...it's baking and will last us through dinner tonight and 1-2 more meals (depending on how hungry Dh is...hehe). Dishes done and kitchen tidied up.

We sold our TV a week ago...and I've been posting DVDs on craigslist. Sold $20 worth, so far. Need to get some more on there. I deactivated our Netflix account. We just aren't watching it, even on the computer... So, that'll save $7.99/mo. Dh wasn't wild about the idea, but knows there isn't time for him to watch right now, anyway. So, did it that way instead of just cancelling.

All in all, a very good day!
