frugal friday 1/13/12

Hi everyone! Kids are out on a snow day. Have a couple of errands to run and then back home to get some cleaning done!

Shoveled snow this am and will prob do another round this afternoon. Nothing significant but still enough to warrant shoveling.

I plan on cleaning this afternoon - you know...bathroom, sweeping, vac, mopping and possibly laundry.

Not sure whats for dinner yet.

Thank God it's Friday! Just paid my bills online and am going to write up my to-do list for the weekend. After work today, going to do a little kitchen clean up and try to dust two rooms and check out my vacuum cleaner. I think something's blocking it - the suction doesn't seem as good as it should be and it's a fairly new vac.

chilly and blustery here in nj after usual morning of packing lunches and breakfasts went to work untill 2 Now home and decompressing it was a crazy day today Going to clean an do some bill paying and gathering up of info I need for tommorrow Have a great friday everyone

Went to whole foods for some different types of flours. Boy was that expensive plus they didn't have two items I was looking for. Walked to CVS and saw two snowflakes. So that is enough of winter for me and I am ready for spring now.

It's cold here but thankfully the bit of snow we got was gone this morning. Have the kitchen cleaned up, 2 loads of laundry done, and still need to do banking/bill pay.

Happy Friday the 13th!

Well, we are at the cabin now, and the hunting guys always leave me with a boatload of laundry. Did our bedding yesterday, and washing clothes and towels today.

Have done some dinner prep (it's simmering on the stove) and a bit of tidying.

Brought a couple of armfuls of wood in. There was another couple of inches of snow last night, and I need to clear the deck.

housecleaning here it is a no spend day also . daughter took 3-4 old prom dresses to good will today/ she decided the high dollar ones she is posting on facebook flea market. so pretty frugal for her and she done a good dead.
