Welcome to Freaky Friday! My kids will be returning sometime tonight, and we leave for Gettysburg in the morning! Busy busy here!
The kids went and toured some plantations yesterday. It sounded really cool. They took lots of pictures for me.
Today I have to go turn off the call forwarding on MIL phone. SIL still hasn't told her mother that her FIL died. MIL is going to FREAK OUT when she finds out we've been keeping that from her. SIL didn't want to ruin the kids and her vacation, and there is nothing for MIL to do here other than to take over so SIL doesn't have to do anything. God's timing was really something. I think it was his way of making SIL grow up and deal with something without her mother doing it for her.
Okay, I got off on a rant, lol.

Morning girls! I am sooo tired Carl has been home all week, and we stayed up late lastnight. ( i was organizing clothes into outfits and asking his opinion) So i have only gotten about 4 hours sleep and want to go back to bed!
Today we plan on going to a friends house to lay out/swim. We'll get there around 1 and need to leave around 4 or 5. Then I have to return a shirt to TJ Max, buy a baby shower gift, and pick up cokes, fresh spinach, raw veggies and bread.
So far I have gotten Ayla fed, read a book to her, and have her watching cartoons. I finished my bowl of cereal and now I need to change her and see if she wants to rest with mama and daddy so mommma can sleeeep Oh,before we go to our friends' I need to do about 8 minutes of crunches.
Housework that needs to be done today:
Put away clean dishes
Wash the last load
Handwash laundry and bleach a couple items
Vacuum
Major cleaning in Ayla's room
Change sheets/make bed
Bleach sink
Dinner tonight can be mashed taters, garlic cheese biscuits, peas, and ?? not sure what for the entree. I think I need to dethaw some meat.
Oh crud, I just realized that on saturday carl is having another bar b que/jam session with the guys...so I will also buy some hamburger meat and buns today.

Just rolled out of bed. My body is a little sore because I did a prenatal yoga video last night. But it felt sooo good to stretch. The baby flipped around in my stomach the whole time! LOL I think she liked it!
Today I am going to my work to join them for a luncheon and visit. Then I need to drop some clothes off at a consignment store.
Later tonight we are going to the Hard Rock Cafe in Newport Beach to see my BIL's band. I'll need to take a nap before we go so I can stay up that late!
Today I also need to:
Unload dishwasher
Do dinner dishes from last night
Fold load of towels
Pay bills
Do yoga video

Goodmorning ladies!!!!!
I've snapped out of my funk from yesterday and am looking forward to today. It's payday for DH (that's always a reason to celebrate), he's getting a company cell phone (so I can can him directly now and not have to go through his boss ) and will be getting a raise soon.
The boys are currently clipping coupons like mad for me so we can go shopping later. We had a whole stack of inserts to do. They are also sorting out the Suave coupons since there is a really good sale on their shampoos and I need to restock. We are going to take the boy's standardized tests results into Blockbuster today so that they can each get a free video rental (they accept these instead of report cards for homeschoolers and they told us we were one of the few families that actually takes advantage of this offer). We just got the test results back and the manager told us to bring them on in.
We still have loads of cherries on the tree, so we'll be picking more of those today and hopefully get at least one load of laundry done and hung out on the line before we head into town.
The flower beds have been watered, but the garden will need watered againt tonight.
I'm hoping my husband makes it home early from work today. The boys really want him to go swimming with them at the pool.
