I saw this the other day and it was very cute. It is the one with Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsey Lohan. I have not seen the original movie.

I took Raechel and her friends to see it for her birthday. We have the dvd now-it's a cute movie. I liked it.

I remember seeing the original with my mom when I was a kid.

Ok, I'll admit this is one of my favorite movies--I absolutely love the original too. I remember being in 5th grade and checking the book out of the library all the time. Sometimes I catch the older movie on tv and I'll watch it, Mike thinks I'm crazy! It's an all time favorite!
