Hey all!I'm back from Florida.We had a great vacation.Everyone is now all tan and ready for back to school.Anyways busy day today.Its tax free weekend here so lots of good deals to be had.

For today
make beds
dishes
took dh to work
workout
clean dh office
finish laundry
clean kitchen
vaccum house
put checks in bank
tax free shopping!!!!

Welcome back Amanda! I wish I was in Florida right now. It's cooler there than it is here in NJ

It's going up to 99 today!

Poor DH-he's going to melt....

Today I have to do a breakfast mystery shop YUM!

Then to take DH water to get him through his day, and off to the doctor for DD2 to get her 3rd hepatitis B vaccine. After that, I have to go shopping with my mom for DD2 birthday gift, DD's have a birthday party tomorrow for their cousin-another gift, then a baby dedication gift for another of their cousin's on Sunday! Somehow I have to celebrate MY birthday in all this mess!

I wish I could get off this whirlwind! I feel like all I do is run around.

Today I have to:

take DH water
breakfast mystery shop
feed and dress Courtney
make bed
DD2 to doctor for shot
shopping with mom
plan dinner
make bed
straighten up house
dishes

Have a frugal day! Hopefully I'll get some good stuff on clearance for the gifts I need.

Good morning everyone. I am waiting for babysitting kids to get here while my 4 read books on the floor and argue over them. Great way to start the day lol...

Today I will....

Catch up laundry
do dishes
keep all the kids entertained
go to the grocery tonight
mop bathroom floor
maybe cut grass tonight when it is cooler
get dd a prize for being potty trained

Today is house cleaning day

Got the camper out front, gotta load it. we leave tonight for a mini camping trip.
Got to fax receipts for yesterdays mystery shop.

Loaded the dirty dishes in the dishwasher!! Done!!
Washing the Whites!! Done!!
Now I need to dry the clothes!!
I need to put up the clean clothes!!
I need to go throught he coupons and throw away the expired coupons!!
I need to cut out the coupons and organize them!!
Well I need to get going before my Frugal Fun Filled Friday and our Tax Free Weekend is Gone!!

Good morning. I am glad it is Friday! Today is an easy day for me. Just work and then relax at home. I
just started a Scrabble club so I have some friends coming over tomorrow afternoon to play Scrabble, so I
need to clean up a little more. I dusted and windexed the entire house last night and I cleaned the
bathrooms a few nights ago. DH promised to vacuum the entire house for me tonight, so all I have left is
the kitchen which isn’t very dirty.

Today I am wearing a shirt I got for $0.50 at a garage sale. I love wearing garage sale clothes to work! LOL
I feel so frugal when I do!

Oh! And the jeans I have on are from a consignment shop!

Well, I better get to work. Have a wonderful day!

I'm tired still

So far I've replied to some emails,
I had ordered some coupons online and the person never responed until my second email (but third attempt at asking something) I am just really upset that they are acting like they have such a big business that it's somehow ok for them to not have gotten to my emails @@

I need to go back and wake up carl
do yoga
do the whole Ayla care routine for the morning
Mail an envy out
Take her for a walk or to play outside again
Clean her room..organize and declutter the house
Dust

I got almost everything done on my list from yesterday

WAAAAHHH! New Jersey politicians are greedy, so we have never had tax free shopping! Thanks for the birthday wishes-tomorrow is the big 35!

Ok gang, here's how the day went:

1 a.m.! (yep it was THAT early) DH woke up with a headache. I worked on his neck, back, head and shoulders to help get him to sleep. I went to sleep at 2:15

and was awakened by Andrew (DS#1) kissing me and saying, "Morning, Mom" at 7:15. I groggily asked him to let me sleep a little while longer. My sister called at 7:30 and cheerily chirrped, "Aren't you up YET?" SHE went to a Cher concert last night and I got stuck with Mr. Grumpy (DH) studying for a test!

I dragged myself out of bed, made it, took the dog out and staggered to the shower. Then I made breakfast and took Gypsy for her morning walk. I came home to find the boys hadn't done their chores and was furious! I was due at work at 10:15 and made it at 10:14! We had a person sick at work so we were short-handed (it was a zoo!) and I was asked to work an extra hour. I did so, picked up my niece to sit her until nine, grabbed the boys, paid the sitter, went to Blockbuster for a free kid's movie and ran home. By now it was 2:45 and I was almost faint with hunger. I made a sandwich and grabbed Cheetos and a cheap (.08!) diet root beer. OK, I know it's not balanced, but it was fast! As soon as I finished that, the boys unloaded the dishwasher, one wiped down the bathrooms while the other cleaned all the dog snot off of the glass doors and Patrice (niece) and I folded the laundry and put it away. I tried to lay down only to have the phone ring twice in five minutes. Took this as a sign that God didn't want me to lie down, so I got up to make dinner--pork loin (1.28!), potatoes (about .20), sliced tomatoes (.25) and coleslaw (about .01--got the whole bag for .04!) plus lemonade (.30 for a gallon--drank about .10 worth). Soooo, I fed five of us for about 1.90! Gypsy got the juice from the pork loin and a potato skin along with her dog food. Cheap AND good AND good for you--HOW can you go wrong?

DS#1, niece and I went to a used game store and bought DS#2 two Game Boy games for $10.00 total. His birthday is Wednesday and I can NOT afford $35-40.00 for one new game. Then we came home for ice cream and "Shanghai Noon" (love Jackie Chan!).

I helped DH cut his hair (he does everything but the neck) which saved us about $10.00 more.

What do you think, guys? Were we frugal enough?

Lori! You are a super-woman! That is great! I would have slumped through my entire day after waking up in the night like that.

You deserve a pat on the back! Way to go!

Betsy, I collapsed in bed about 1 a.m. and was really tired yesterday. I got to ake a fifteen minute nap yesterday and had a good one today, so I am back on my feet. Thanks for asking!
