Good Friday Morning!

How is everyone today? Got lots and lots to do today or are you gearing down for the weekend? How's the weather?

Our weather is a bit on the milder side today. Supposed to be mid to high 80's with a good chance for rain. We've managed to miss out on the 1 inch rains that everyone around us has gotten the past 2 days. We must not be living right, here.

Today I'm gonna workout on the gazelle, dust/vac my bedroom (didn't get that done yesterday), do lunch with Gripey, figure something out for dinner, meet with the other hostesses and set up for tomorrow's shower

. Gonna be busy but not frantically so. What's up at your place?

Today is dd's birthday (6), so we are going to lunch, then people are coming over tonight for cake and ice cream. I need to pick up the house, go pick up the cake, check the pool.

The weather is hot and muggy, nothing out of the ordinary.

Very exciting day here to-day, pouring the floor for our new wraparound verandah. DH and I have been out supervising all morning. Not too much work getting done inside but have managed to do 2 bedrooms and that is it.

I'm off work today, dh is working so it's just me & the kiddos. I just cleaned up the house, now I'm trying to get them moving so we can go get the errands done that I need to do.
Gotta go to the credit union & deposit my check, then over to Lowes for stripper, spackle/mud, and hardware. The stripper & hardware are for a stand my mom gave me that I'm refinishing. It's solid maple and very sturdy! Just needs to be cleaned up a bit. It will work perfectly for a tv/game stand for the kids' tv game systems in the office.
After the errands, I'll take the kids outside to play while I start on the stand in the driveway. I hope it doesn't rain....

Today is payday for me! YIPPEE!! I am putting $100 into my EF. I have some bills to pay, of course, and then we are taking DS#1 and his GF out to eat tonight for his birthday that was on the 21st. We didn't get to take him then because he had been working every night, but is off tonight.

The boys have been busy washing vehicles today. I am glad they want to ride in clean cars. Since DS#2 got his permit he washes the car at least one to two times a week. He wants to drive something nice...lol!! I do too, but I don't wash it as often as he does.

i cleaned all morning, did 3 loads of laundry!! yougest son will going to little girs bday party this afternoon.His first girl party.lol It was fun for me at the dollar store to get girl stuff for the first time . always had to get littleoys. tonite, pay some on c.c. and go back to dollar store, forgot bday card for nephew, and bring back pudding pop platic containers, mine are all cracked, i should of looked more last nite when i bough them. Ill just exchange them.
