    Default coupon service?

I've heard several of you mention using a coupon service. I'm not familiar with this and I'm trying to back on the "coupon wagon" I need to work on my stockpile and decrease my grocery bill at the same time....

Can anyone explain to me what a coupon service is and the pros & cons of such? Thanks!

I use them on occasion when I know there is a great deal going on. There are some great ones on Ebay (Kalamazoo Klipper) is my favorite. Also there are The Coupon Masters, TaylorTown, The Coupon Clippers, and DeDee's. DeDee sells whole inserts, so I don't order through there often enough. If you need links I can either post them or PM them to you.

I use them occasionally, too. (The Coupon Clippers is my favorite).

Another reason I like ordering the coupons, as opposed to just asking all of my friends to save me their coupons, is that the coupons seem to come out in different amounts in different areas of the country. I live in the Northeast, and around here the stores double coupons up to $.99. So, we get a lot of coupons for "$1 off 2" or "$1.50 off 3". In other parts of the country, the same product will have a coupon for "$.50 off 1". Pretty much the same face value, but when you can take that $.50 and double it, you can save $1 on 1 item.

I've only used coupon clippers, but I thought their service was super and they have tons to choose from.

    I use www.thecouponmaster.com

It is awesome, and I have not had one bit of trouble with it. I love using this service. I can't justify buying a $1.25 Sunday newspaper only to maybe get one or two coupons that I might use. I like being able to look at hundreds of coupons and if I find one that I could really use to stockpile with, then I can order as many as I want. Their service is great. I like the website and use it from time to time.

I tried explaining this service to a coworker, and he just didn't get it. He thought I was talking about printable coupons. But when I brought in an invoice and the coupons to show him, he was convinced it was legit. The clerks at Walmart are also amazed at how I have such good coupons and several of the same one.

Honestly, I can't think of any cons. I love it.

Wow. Thanks for this information. I had read where others used coupon clipping services but I had never checked into it. This is great!
