borrowed title: stashing cash - where?
ok so i was reading the other post about what denomination of bills ya'll stash...
now here's MY question... rather than invade what I would feel a VERY personal question of where do YOU stash...
what are some "stashing" options?
meaning... what are some good places to stash yer cash?
this isnt something I do... so I'm curious.
I've heard the old adage of ppl storing in their mattresses... but other than that... what are OTHER options???

“When you get to the end of all the light you know
and it's time to step into the darkness of the unknown,
faith is knowing that one of two things will happen:
you will be given something solid to stand on,
or you will be taught how to fly.” - Edward Teller
“Our Earth is degenerate in these later days;
there are signs that the world is speedily
coming to an end;
bribery and corruption are common; children no
longer obey their parents;
every man wants to write a book and the
end of the world is evidently approaching.”

an Assyrian clay tablet, circa 2800 B.C.E.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.

That is so cool! I am amazed. That would be perfect...just put it behind your nightstand....out of sight even. Only you would know it's there...then even if there was a fire and you were home, you could just grab it and get out! So cool! I think DH and I will try to make one.

i have watched it takes a thief a few times on tlc and they will throw bottles out of the pantry/fridge so i dont think the jar ones are a good idea. i could be wrong though. lol, we would get the outlet ones but a little someone would get into it.

In a water tight container, dropped on a line in our well. . .
In an envelope, tapped to the underside of the bottom drawer of the dresser. . .
In a baggie, and stuffed into the casing of the curtains in the spare bedroom. . . .
