even ashamed to admit.
I have had to go back to Walmart for groceries.
I am doing my best though to get only a certain few things there.
I do most of my shopping at BJ's, Aldis and Price Chopper.
Price Chopper has Maxwell House coffee this week ( 34.5 oz for
$4.99 so we will be getting 12 cans )Thats almost years supply
Walmart price yesterday was $9.84To be One With The Universe In Spirit, Mind and Body

I don't think there's any shame in going to Walmart for groceries. Maybe I am misunderstanding what you meant though

That's an *awesome* price on Maxwell house. I wish we had a Price Chopper too!

I Hate Walmart and I hate shopping there.
I have seen them put to many good stores out of business.
Their employees are rude and snotty ( did find 2 nice ones yesterday, very rare there)To be One With The Universe In Spirit, Mind and Body

Walmart is our "main" store here and it is always all I can do to go shop there. They never seem to have enough check out lines open though there are always plenty of employees hanging around....go figure. There are a couple of other stores that usually have fairly high prices and we do have a Sav-A-Lot but the last time I was there (a long time ago so I may need to check it out again) it was nasty....just dirty and yuck.

I understand where you're coming from regarding WalMart.
You try real hard to not shop there because you don't believe in their business philosophy.
But dog-gone-it! take advantage of the loss leaders! and Don't buy the other stuff! lol!
That'll get'm!

Everytime I have been in a Price Chopper they have smelled like rotten meat. I wish we had a Kroger. Good price on the coffee though

I understand your feelings about Wal-Mart. I feel the same way.
Good deal on the coffee!

I love our Price Choppers. I've been to the one in W-town and Cicero. Both have been very clean, very helpful staff, and they have that great fuel reward program

Thanks for the heads up on sugar. I'll have to grab some of that too. The cheapest I've found it lately is $2.12 at Aldi.

I feel the same way about Walmart. I wish I could totally stop shopping there but the fact is there are somethings that I just can't afford anywhere else. I do not feel ashamed about shopping there for my family comes first and You have to do what you have to do.

Holly, was the maxwell house in the sales flyer? I live in ct and it's not in mine
Maybe they have different sales per store. I would go and snatch up a bunch at that price too!
