    Cool Just got air..

My air conditioner has been on the fritz with a week away appointment in the Georgia 90 heat..index 100 and watching kids. We have been piled up in two rooms with window units.. how fun.. I just can't explain.. read my blog Monday, I am sure I will elaborate...

Anyway.. now that I have picked the poor HVAC mans brain...heres a few tips

!)turn off AC unit while you cut grass that way it doesnt get in the coils around the outside of your unit.
!) spray outside of Ac unit a few times in the summer. Spray up and down besure to be careful not to bend the fins. That is what helps with the air flow.
!) Change your filter often and you won't need to have a complete coil cleaning (so often)

Well I just wanted to share.. before I forgot..
    Well off to the shower...
I think I sweat off about 6 pounds this week

Wow, I'm happy you got the A/C fixed. I can't imagine how miserable you'd be without it. Well, on 2nd thought maybe I can. When I was pregnant with my ds in 1980 (born in August) we had a downdraft evaporative cooler. It didn't ever cool down the house to less than about 83 or so......some days in the afternoons I'd sit in a kitchen chair under the downdraft in the hall for a few minutes at a time to cool off....
