    Default Cleaning glue from jars

I, too, keep my glass jars (and wonder why they can't be microwaved??), but I do have an ideal I use to clean the gobbed glue that's under some of the labels. I use a single-edge razor or the razor contraption that I use to clean my glass top side of my stove. Just thought someone might need this solution.

I have filled up the jar with hot water - it makes the glue come off easier.

You can blow dry the label. It loosens the glue. Or use Goo Gone (about a buck at Walmart- this stuff is mazing!)
