Great Deals

I scored three great deals today.
My DH and I went to Kohls today, so that he could look for some new pants. We did find pants for him, but that was not where the really deals were.
While he was looking at pants, I went to explore the clearance and sales racks. I was looking for a new skirt. Well, I found a nice black skirt for $7.50 and I found a pair of green cord pants for $4.00. I could not pass up $4 pants. So the first two deals were at Kohls. I love Kohl's.

The last deal is the best. My DH and I are probably moving 2000 miles at the end of the summer. We have been meeting up friends to catch-up and say good-byes. While visiting with friends, the subject of washing machines came up. Get this, they just got a new washer and dryer and are looking for a home for their old ones. They even offered to store them for a while and bring them to our current home which is 75 miles away.
Most of the places that we are looking to rent only have washer/dryer hook-ups, so we were looking to buy a new/used set when we get Oregon. Now we have a free set.

So today was a good day. Not only did we have a great time with friends, we got cheap new clothes and a new washer and dryer set.

I just love Kohl's!!! When they have sales, they reallly mark stuff down to clear it out. I almost never buy anything there that isn't at least 40% off, because I know eventually it will be marked down that far.
