Back from a little break.
I took an internet break, nearly a month. Other than email and working on my website, I've not done much else.
We, rather I, went through some pretty big stress this month. My daycare as of the end of June has NO KIDS, well 2 kids 1 afternoon a week! Every one is expecting, one mom was supposed to be here until November, ended up on medical leave. I had one starting on the 7th, which he did, and is doing great. The other was supposed to start in August, dad decided to quit his job, and they weren't here. Talk about STRESS. We'd have just enough to pay everything, and the way prices have been escalating, my grocery budget has doubled, item for item, there has been huge increase. But nothing more, I wasn't sure how we were paying tuitions, sport registrations, bus passes in the fall. Milk is up $1/gallon. Gas is insane. I know some people had frowned when I did this. But in June I prepayed my utilities for summer. I'm SO glad I did that, because I wasn't sure where our money was coming from.
But that said, today another child started with me, and I had an excellent interview for the next opening in August today. And I have another one tomorrow morning. I'm reluctant to have the one tomorrow as it's for the same space, and I already like the one family. So by August, my income is back to normal, this month was just $600 less instead of $1800 less as it would have been if I hadn't kept advertising. It's always a matter of the right people coming.
My health is improving leaps and bounds. I bit the bullet and started seeing a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has made some major improvements in my health, I feel SO much better. Now that symptoms are under control, we are lookign at healing the root cause.
I also got an appointment with an internist who's working with my Thyroid condition.
All that's left is paying off more debt and losing weight!
On the downside this las 10 days, my mom has had 2 heart attacks. She's being transferred to the city for an angiogram, so we can see what is really going on.

It's a strange thing, as a rule I don't over pay a utility or prepay, but in May, I just felt I had to do it. And I'm soooo glad.
Now my big decision, is which bill do I focus on next..lol. I can pay one of 3 off, and I can't decide!
