Default ordering coupons...need quick help on question...

if something is on sale for b1g1f and I have a coupon for that item for b1g1f ~ how would that work? Is it useless to use them together or would I get 4 of said item for the price of one?

my cvs will give you both items for free, But our A&P grocery store will not accept a b1g1free, if its already buy1get1 free. Depends on the store policy here.

The stores here will give you both items free--you just have to pay sales tax, if its applicable. I get lots of free makeup this way.

Check with the Rite Aid as to HOW there B1G1 items ring up. Some ring up XX.XX and second item 00.00. Here they each ring up 1/2 price so those coupons are useless at my Rite Aids. Just give the store a quick call.

My rite aid rings one up $0 and the other full price. I just tell them the price and they usually key it in. Used 2 a few weeks ago - lucked out and got same cashier each time. He made the comment about me getting chocolate free - just paying tax. It's great. BUT it's few and far between times to get free things at Rite Aid unless you use their EZ Saver Rebates. LOL - speaking of which, I need to look at their flyer and see if I can get free stuff.

I just ordered a BUNCH of the Electrasol $2.25/1 coupons off Ebay, and found the seller had grouped other good deal coupons in lots on their own - so I ordered several:

    B1G1 on Suave Body Wash
    $3.00/1 Pert Botanicals Shampoo
$1/1 All Small N Mighty HE Laundry Soap
$1/1 3-roll pack Scott Paper Towels

Figure I'll stockpile the good deals. Our Rite-Aid paper had a great deal on the Electrasol, by the way - $2.99 a box, $2.00 mail in rebate, net price $0.99 - with my $2.25 coupon, I'll be getting one of the boxes I buy for MORE than free. I can only use the rebate on one box, but hey, every little bit helps.

Thank you everyone for your info! We have a brand new Rite Aid one town over (where we'll be living this fall) so I called them and asked their policy. They said I would have to buy four bottles of shampoo in order for me to use the coupon ~ meaning I'd get four bottles of shampoo for the price of one. Not a bad deal....but I thought I could do better. So, I called our Rite Aid here in town, the one I go to every week. She said "Yep, you can use the coupons, you'll just pay sales tax" !!!!

So, I got three bottles of shampoo, three bottles of conditioner and six cans of air freshner for FREE!!!!! (this is in addition to the free stuff I got from their rebates and other coupons I had).

I got $174 worth of items for $44....I think I'm starting to get the hang of this stockpiling thing!

    Good job!

I have a CVS card and when I go there I use it for the "card"price on things... I know I have some "money" or whatever on the card, but I have no idea when I can use it or anything like that. I need to call them and have them explain it to me a bit better than the cashier who basically threw a card at me did.
