I got a job!!
Last week I decided that I was going to look for another job for in the evenings. This morning I got a call from A&W and went in for an interview. I go in for orientation tomorrow morning and they will work around my dh's schedule so we won't need a babysitter at all. Plus it is only 1 block away so I can walk or bike. I can't wait to knock out more debt!!

Awesome! One of the side benefits of working at a fast food joint is you learn to hate the food they make, so this will also be a fitness boost!

Good luck in the new job!
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

Great news! I took a part time job last fall and I love it. Just in a little gift shop but it is giving me the extra money we need since my husband is off work! Makes live easier....

Congrats!!! I used to work part-time for Bath and Body Works. LOVED it. I did that for 4 years. It was great because it paid for the Holiday spending as well as gave us the fun money we needed so that my being frugal didn't make us feel deprived.
