Help with Sliding Door

I'm hoping someone on here can help me out. I'm trying to come up with all the ways to winter proof our home this year as inexpensive as possible. I have a sliding door that leaks cold air pretty badly. Last year I put up curtains that are lined and it helped some but I would like to do more. I can't put plastic up on it because we use it often and it's the only way my handicap grandparents can get in our house. The leak is where the two doors meet. Is there any type of moulding made specifically for this? Or do you know of any good solutions?

Is there a way you can tape up something there. What I'm thinking is something like a door snake - you know it fits around the bottom of your front or back door to help from drafts coming in. maybe you can tape something up there and if your parents need to get in or out, remove it then put back up after.

I hope you get more ideas.

You might be able to replace the weather stripping.

A sliding glass door's weather-stripping is intended to reduce air infiltration, however by the sliding nature of the door's design it is impossible to stop all the air leaking around the weatherstripping while still being able to use the door. Also, after years of use, the weatherstripping wears down and air leakage increases as the door ages. If the manufacturer has made it possible to do so, replace worn weatherstripping on sliding glass doors with new weatherstripping.
