    Default Sometimes I love the "unfrugal"...

    One of my neighbors stopped by yesterday. She and I share the frugal gene. Her sister decided to move, so she was packing up all of her stuff and she was throwing out 21 pairs of jeans, jean shorts and jean capri's. Some still have the tags on them! So my neighbor snatched them up before she could toss them and brought them over to me since her sister is my size! SCORE!

    I'm so excited about it, they almost all fit...and what doesn't will fit my neighbor next door, so I plan to pass them off to her! So happy to have denim shorts too, becuase I didnt' want to buy any this year, so I am going with out until now!

    Sometimes, the unfrugal's un-frugalness pays off for us frugalistas! I just couldn't imagine throwing away 21 pairs of jeans...some I'd never worn.

    Neither can I. That is kind of the Holy Pant Grail, 21 pants of jeans that all are your size and fit well. That ain't going to happen with me.

    Oh wow, that's a completely awesome score! I always get all my clothes from my SIL now. I don't think I've bought anything new in at least three years or so (not counting the five items I got when a store was going out of business at that location and everything had to go). I can't believe someone would throw out 21 pairs of jeans...

    WOW! That is so great! I have 2 sisters and we tend to pass our stuff off to each other when we clean closets and this year my oldest dd20(she is 20) got in on the deal too.
