Default I haven't been grocery shopping in 3 weeks

and we haven't been without anything. Due to DH owning his own business and me working for him our paychecks depends on when our customers decide to pay us. Well, I guess due to the prices everywhere going up people are getting a liitle slack in paying their bills. That affects us. But learning how to be frugal here on this site has help us greatly these past 3 weeks. We have had exactly $0 to pay us. 3 weeks with absolutely no income and 7 mouths to feed and take care of. And we haven't missed a thing. Due to having $$ set aside, our regular bills have been paid and I haven't had to go grocery shopping. And we still had our regular meals. Breakfast has been poptarts, cereals, breakfast bars, leftovers from the night before when we had pancakes, sausage, hasbrowns, eggs and pudding. Lunch has been sandwiches, ham, turkey, PB & J, McDonald's once. Suppers have been chicken perlou with string beans, deviled eggs and garlic biscuits, breakfast food, cubed steak with field peas, squash, mashed potatoes and gravy, etc. (veggies from our garden)The kids haven't noticed. They still had goody's in their goody bags which they have really "respected" and not eaten everything because it's there.
So I guess this is another "thank you" to FV for all the tips and how-to's. Thank you all so very much!!!!!!!

Good to hear such great news about not having to go to the grocery store. Sucks though about no income.

Sorry about your customers not paying as quickly as you like. Good that you are doing well despite it!
