    Default Bargains at 3 stores!

Okay I am so stinkin' proud of myself I have to share! Every Friday on my lunch break, I go to Target, Walgreens, and Wal-mart with my list if I have things to pick up at those stores. Friday night, Wesley and I go to Fareway and Hy-Vee because he LOVES going grocery shopping. (WEIRDO)

Anways, I stop first at Walgreens.
    I bought:
2 packs of bic comfort razors priced at 4.29 each
12 pack coke priced at 3$ plus deposit of .60.
    Normal total: 12.72
HOWEVER-Walgreens had a coupon for the razors that brought them down to 2.99 a pack and I had 2$ off coupons. So I got the two pakcs of razors for .99 cents each!
And I had a coupon for a free 12 pack ofcoke.
    My total: 3.12

    Next I went to Target:
chocolate marshmallows for Wesley .84 cents
3 boxes Simple Harvest granola bars priced at 2.44 ea
2 bags of the Cheerio snack mix on sale 2/$4
12 pack coke sale priced at 2.75, plus .60 deposit
    Normal total: 15.68
HOWEVER, I had 3 dollar off coupons on the granola, plus Target.com had coupons on the granola for .50 and I had 3 of those. I also had two .50 cents off the cheerios snack mix. And I had a another free coke coupon.
    My total: 8.93

    Lastly, I went to Wal-Mart:
Bought 1 12 pack of coke at 3.98, plus .60 deposit
    Normal: 4.82
I had a free coupon so my total: .84

Side note:I had to spread out my coke coupons bc the stores here are really weird about accepting multiple free coupons.

Anyways, normal totals would have came to: 33.22
    My total came to 12.89

    Savings of 20.33

    Update:

Stopped at Farewya on my way home! DOn't have my totals all posted but I got a pack of Luvs diapers for 1.99 after coupon and a bottle of Kraft salad dressing free!

    YAY!

BTW, INTLMOM, Fareway is pricematching Hy-Vee and all the prices are pre-programmed to match! The cool thing is if it's the Hy-Vee brand on sale at Hy-Vee, Fareway has a name brand product price matched, then you can use acoupon! I got sour cream for .48 cents!

I went to Walgreen's last weekend and had a BOGO coupon for Schick razors, plus the store had them for $5.99 with an in-store coupon for $2.00 off. So I got two dozen razors for $3.99 plus tax (about 6 months worth!).

I know, they have done that for as many years as I can remember, both in DM and FDodge. Enjoy some Fareway meat for me!!

And for anyone else reading this.....sour cream for .48 is amazing, cause she is in the land of no doubles!!
