I eat them with tuna or chicken salad.
But ... you've actually had them in the cabinet for a whole month? Wow. Would never happen at my place.Donna

Mix a can of drained tuna with enough ranch dressing to make a "tuna salad" consistency. . . add some Mrs. Dash or other flavorings to taste. Yummy.

~I second the tuna idea, super yummy! I don't have a recipe for it, but I've always wanted to try a crockpot rueben dip. I think the corned beef, swiss and sauerkraut would be yummo with triscuits. Even just a traditional swiss or cheddar fondue would be super.~

This looks pretty tasty, if you don't have asparagus I'd substitute some steamed broccoli. Definately don't need any more salt but some pepper and garlic might be nice.

I love eating triscuits like so: a slice of tomato (fairly smallish tomato), a slice of mozzerella, a basil leaf. Thats it. You can nuke if you want but I eat it cold. The flavors are amazing. Its a Caprese Triscuit.

Make a layered dip by spreading cream cheese in the bottom of a container, then pasta sauce, then shredded cheese, you can throw peperoni if you want under the cheese too....great to dip them in
