What are you needing to stock up on?
I'm trying to get my stockpile organized, moved to a better location, etc. I'm also making a list of things that I am running low on. What items do you need to buy more of?
I need to stock up on (and am REALLY hoping for a sale).......

Peanut butter is at the top of my list as well. I go through a lot of this making school lunches.
Laundry soap
toothpaste
Flour
I'm sure there is more but that is all I can think of off the top of my head.

I am not stocking up this yr. With dh having just left for 10 months and ods going back to college in Aug it will just be yds and I plus the cats. I am going to try to cut my grocery budget considerably. I am still thinking about how I am going to cook for two, ( one on the nights yds will be working at D.Q) I am also thinking of ways of cutting down the electric with just two of us in the house

Meat...we don't get much in the way of sales, and I depleted half of my freezer stash over the last month.

Yep I need meat too! I was telling my mom today that I am down to a couple of packs of venison stew meat, some chicken and a couple of packs of hamburger! That is unheard of for me LOL. But we've had some lean months trying to get caught up on bills (and we finally have EVERYTHING caught up YIPPEE!) and since meat is expensive I used up most of my stockpile during those months! I can't wait for hunting season so we can get a good supply of venison!

Another vote for peanut butter here! When I think that I used to get Skippy on sale with a coupon for .20 a jar just a couple of years ago.... Now I'm going to have to pay closer to $3.00 for the same jar.

Honey, which has gotten unbelievably expensive.
Cheese and butter.
Chicken breast and ground turkey.

Well, since I'm just starting at the stockpiling thing, basically everything is needed. But I do have a decent amount of meat in the freezer right now - it's just that with having some extra bills to pay off in the last month or two, we've used some of it.

Need to stock up on the following for the fall/winter:
-Canned veggies
-Canned fruits
-Frozen bread dough (until I can afford a bread machine)
-Meats
-Seasonings (many of mine are getting old0
-Paper Products
-Health & Beauty Items (Shampoo, etc.)
-Cleaning Supplies
Think that about covers it. If I were to buy it all at one time, I'd need to hire a dump truck to deliver it.

I really need to find some good deals on:
Pasta
Flour
Cream soups ~ although I've been looking at some recipes to make an instant type cream soup since I just use it in casseroles.
Canned tomatoes
Oatmeal
I'm sure there is lots more, but those are the things I would really like to get ahold of.

Canned vegetables, canned fruit, in the fall honey and herbs and spices, canned beans (yes I know it is not frugal but there is no way I am wasting my water to make beans in an emergency LOL)
