    Just throwing this out there...

    I bought trays and the same whitening gel they sell at my dentist (Nite-Wite) off of Ebay for around $70. They sent me trays and putty, I did the impressions myself, sent them back and had my custom fitted trays in under 2 weeks.

    I think the seller's name was Z Whitening Store or something close to that. It should be easy to find if you're interested in going that route.
