Fat saving kitchen gadget
My Mom swears by this, although I don't have one. She has high cholesterol and has to watch how much fat and oil are in things.
You can use any oil in it, and it would be cheaper than the cans of spray (Pam) in the long run.

I have one that you pump up and spray, I got it on the gadgets aisle in Walmart for about $4.00..... I love it !!!!!
