    Question Wooden cutting board.............

I have a wooden cutting board I have had for years. I noticed this morning is it starting to warp, and it has deep cut grooves in it where I have used my electric knife to cut bread.

I know I should have been treating it with some kind of oil all these years. But I never think about it till 3 am, and then who cares?

How do I treat it with oil and what type? Do I have to sand the grooves out of it first?

    TIA
