Glad to see you want to get back on the bandwagon. First things first. Stop spend. Then set a couple goals and work on those. If it's getting out of debt, then work at doing that. If it's getting back to frugality, do that. One step at a time.

I think we all fall off the wagon once in a while! DH and I haven't been horrible, but we've been spending a little extra this holiday season, so we decided to scrap the big gifts we were going to get for the kids (PSP's for each) and get them something smaller. We can afford them, but I think we'd be better off saving the money and getting them something less expensive that won't make me cry if they break it! Maybe in a few years they'll be ready to handle something so expensive! We decided to let them spend or save their Christmas money, so if they want to buy them themselves then they can...

It's hard sometimes, but know that there are other frugal folks out there who struggle just like you do!

Good to see you back here! Though not so good about the overspending, lol!

Let's hope FV can inspire you to do better. I know I need to make more use of FV and not be disappearing for months at a time as I spend madly........

First thing is first and you've already done that, you've admitted, now it's time to get back on the bandwagon and start all over. We all get on and off.
