Default What are the needed things in '09 that you just don't know how to squeeze in?

What are the things that you need to do or purchase in the coming year that you just don't know where the money is going to come from?

I think my most needed and important things are:

    * braces for 2 children. Even with our dental insurance, I don't know where the money for the deductable/non-covered things is going to come from.

    * I need dental work. Same as above about deductable and non-covered parts.

    * My house really needs a new roof. Not sort of needs, but needs. We are on about year three of putting it off. It can't be put off much longer.

    * Emergency fund. I don't mean a fund for something like a broken down car. I mean a fund that would see us through if dh lost his job.

Anyone else have needed things they don't know how to fit in?

I have to have a bunch of dental work also. One of the procedures is going to deplete my insurance right away.

I also need to fund my emergency fund.

dental work for myself and 2 dds

New floors, we are doing some ceramic tiling as we speak but the whole house needs floors and paint.

The rest of the back yard cleared. We paid $1000 to get half of it done last summer. What a difference!

I think that is the worst of it.
