when fabuloso is a treat...
man, i love this stuff. i used to buy it all the time, then went into "superfrugal mode" and used dish soap in water to clean/mop everything.
so fabuloso is like an every three months treat. any fabuloso fans out there?11% gross to retirement

I only use dish soap and water or water and vinegar to clean the floors and surfaces. I use generic clorox bleach once a month in our shower and I use shampoo the rest of the weeks to clean with. I guess generic clorox bleach is a treat here, because I don't buy any other house hold cleaners

I tried it and was not impressed by it. Simple Green works a lot better, IMO. Not sure of the cost comparison, though.

I don't like fabuloso as much as I like other cleaners. I really dislike the smell more than I dislike the ability to clean.

I have 5 bottles in my stockpile that I was able to get for $.39 each after coupons.

my whole house is tile or painted concrete slab. i sweep, tidy, and clean every week , but mop only when it needs it or when i can get to it, like during thankgiving break, xmas break, or spring break, because the entire house needs mopping.
i have been in superfrugal mode, which means that i have only been able to use what has been on hand (dish soap in bucket of water), not buying anything.
the bottle of fabuloso was a treat for the christmas break. i love the way it smells. the whole house is mopped and no longer has "housitosis".
i will buy another bottle spring break.Last edited by ladykemma2; 01-01-2009 at 06:50 PM.
