    Smile Any online bartering sites?

I want to barter the jewelry I make for some hand knitted socks and scarves. I'm not sure where to look for that. Does anyone know where I could find that?

Probably not what you're looking for, but there's one here. The for sale or trade forum is for bartering, swaps, trades, selling and buying and seeking.

I know Craigslist has a "Barter" section. Also may want to try KIJIJI.

Don't know about bartering sites, but in terms of effort, I'm thinking you'd have to barter a lot of jewelry for home knit socks! Unless you have some expensive beads on that jewelry. It takes up to 30 hours to knit a pair of adult socks.

I would love to post here. I have traded for hand knit socks before and I love them, my pieces go from $150 up in upscale boutiques. I sell some more moderately priced items on etsy, so they are worth the price of the socks.

Since you mentioned etsy - I actually have done a lot of trading on there, with other sellers. (I make cards.) I suggest searching the forums on etsy for "Trading" - there's usually a big post with lists of people who want to trade.
