    Default Second Cooking class---Thai

We made spring rolls, Pad Thai, chicken sate, and tom yam (a hot and sour soup with shrimp)

I loved this class. Spring rolls are not hard.

Glad to hear your enjoying the class. Its funny how you think something is hard til you give a try and learn its not.
Are spring rolls on the menu this week?

I would love to take a cooking class. Unfortunately we live in a small town that does not offer much. I absolutely love thai food.

I have a chance to do an all day pastry class. I really would like to do this since we're not learning that kind of stuff in the culinary course I'm enrolled in. (kinda disappointing)

Your classes sound great! Spring rolls/egg rolls are really easy to make ~ and yummy, too!
