I saw the ultimate at Krogers today
This lady in front of me had two carts of food and ended up only paying 77 dollars for 300 dollars worth of food by using coupons with everything that was on sale.
Unreal. I don't think she will have to buy Triscuits or frozen Steamers vegetables for the next year.
I might have to start buying a Sunday paper

Man, I wish we had a Kroger around here
Those deals are awesome! I really won't complain though because I still do really good with my coupons, sales, and using 2 coupons on BOGOs. OP, it is always worth it to get coupons. I use lots of printables and competitor coupons that my store accepts. You might want to ask at your's since lots of times it's not always known.
Pick up those blinkies too while you're in the store even if you're not buying that particular product at that very moment. I always take as many as I think I'll use and put them away till whatever it is goes on sale. My supermarket also gets lots of coupon booklets that are full of store coupons. I wait for the sale and combine the store w/mftr coupons. Keep your eyes open for them.
Even if you can't always make a "killing" (it takes time to learn), you should still get hold of as many coupons as possible because the end result is that you've saved some money
Asking family & friends for the ones they won't be using doesn't hurt either!
Hope you find some Kroger deals for yourself! If you do, come back and tell us about it. I'd love to hear it!

Canada never has coupons and sales that good. All the coupons here are for over-processed brand name stuff, where I buy no name, mostly unprocessed stuff... Oh well. But good for her!

I wish we had a Kroger nearby. I've not shopped one since I lived in Illinois.

These kind of sales make me really miss our Kroger. It closed two years ago and now the closest one is over 40 minutes away, and I don't know that the savings would make up for the gas and time.

Kroger is my favorite place for coupon + sales savings.

I missed out on that Steamers veggie sale because I waited until Saturday to go. I coupons for them too. A couple pkgs would have been free, and some would have been $0.50. I could have gotten a raincheck, but I was tired of shopping by then. Also, I think they were part of a mix & match 10 items, get $5 off deal, which I don't think I could have gotten the raincheck for. Guess I learned my lesson...shop earlier in the week!
