I posted about this somewhere... I have an account but haven't done much with it yet. I checked into it a little, I liked that it has feedback similar to eBay so you know whether someone is trustworthy and I also like that it has been around since '06 so it's not a brand new compay. My ds wants to use it to trade some video games so we'll see how it goes.

Another person who has never heard of swap tree, but I do belong to paperbackswap.com and have never had any issues.
If you do choose to join paperbackswap, have someone who is a member refer you, the referring person will get a credit for another book.
The referrring person will need you email address and in turn will sen dyou an email thru the system. If you join, that referring person will get a credit.
Another thing I really like about paperbackswap.com is that one can create a "wish list" of books they want, but are not yet posted in the system. That way when they are posted, you very well might get an email and then have 48 hours to respond of you do in fact want this book after all. I love it! I love logging into my email account and getting notification that a book I've wanted for the last year is now mine for the asking.
