    Default Cooking class part 4

    The art of saute

    We learned several dishes: zucchini and tomato saute, shrimp scampi, sherried mushrooms for steak, steak diane, chicken piccata, sauteed apples and pears with a red wine reduction.

    Not as useful as the other three, but still fun

    Oh, I don't know about useful.....Chicken Piccata calls my name all the time! lol Sounds like a great class! They must be long classes to do all that?

    3-4 hours

    I leave my baby with his dad for that one night. I do make up the bottles and the baby food with cereal for easy heating though

    I do think it is useful - now you have the skills to make a special occasion meal that will knock people's socks off!
