    Default OOOppps... miscalculated!

Got the call today that the side of beef is ready! I thought we'd have it NEXT week. So this week, the grocery budget is BLOWN.

I have $60 from last week left over, and that will have to carry us over. That'll get us fruit, veggies and milk for next week, and will have to bake to fill in the blanks..lol.

But with the $150 budget and the other $200 that I was setting aside for the beef, that should nearly cover it, i'll have to trim what was going in savings this week by the other $150. No big deal, the savings account will still be padded nicely, just short that $150.

But I'll have just about 200 lbs of beef in the freezer!!! YAY!

I'd rather not have had to relinquish the grocery budget, i was planning on getting a bunch of staples for the campsite. But next week is soon enough, we're only there 1 night this weekend anyway.

Woot on having a whole stockpile of beef to see you through these times. Don't worry about the rest, it'll straighten itself out.
