Good for you! I was planting my herbs, tomatoes, and flowers yesterday. My husband said he found some type of green onion. It smells like scallions, but I never knew we had them in the yard. We're going to try to see what happens if we actually act like we're trying to grow them! LOL

I planted dill, sweet Italian parsley, chives (my favorite), and basil so far. But in the Northeast, it's so hard to keep them over the winter. The chives did grow again, of course.
