Pay attention to online statements

Hi everyone,

I was sitting down going over bills for the next month and I have a couple of paperless billing. Well I went to check my DirecTV statement and instead of just looking at the amount I actually pulled up the statement and realized that for the last 2 months they had charged me for two different plans at the same time. I know many of you go through your bills charge my charge, but this is a warning for the people who get sloppy sometimes. Make sure to check those statements. I ended up getting over $101 credit to my account.

I go over my bills with a fine tooth comb. I'm glad you caught the overcharge. I wonder how much money companies make off of assuming people won't check their statements?
