Default How much do you pay for trash service

We pay 35 bucks for three months service and this includes their provided trash bin. Doesn't get much cheaper here.

    And you?

Think ours runs right at $20 bucks a mo....little under.

I pay nothing now.......just dropped it......until next year at yard time. I run it for about 4 months a year. With one bag of trash a week I won't do it unless I can fill it with weeds and etc from the yard.
Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Our trash service is tied in with our water service, bins included for green waste, recycle and regular trash. The trash portion is $56...that covers....sewer and sewage treatment, trash collection and recycling, city-wide street sweeping and storm drain maintenance.

Ours is $15.00 per month and in our state (or maybe it's a county law) it becomes a criminal offense if you don't pay it. It's a little cheaper if you pay it once a year.

It's included in our homeowner tax. I'd say $2,400 a year, but I suspect that goes to more than just trash.
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

Garbage collection is included in our municipal services, and has been everywhere I've ever lived.
