First of all, thank you to everyone for their support.

I decided the best way to do this would not be exclusively through FV but I am going to work on a website dedicated to this adventure, along with my stories about getting out of debt (and subsequently those fun letters I sent to Chase Bank and such)

I talked to my supervisor at work who is pretty good with computers and he has agreed to give me some help with the idea and loves the idea as well. I figure I can reach more people this way.

It won't just be about this anti-corporate/buy local thing but some of the things I have learned while getting my life in order and finding who I truly am.

It's late as I write this, but I'm getting a ton of ideas of how to get the message out.

I was thinking about calling this little adventure "Frustrated Un-Corporate-d" or something similar.

Story of my life. In 2007 we had 78000 worth of debt, and we climbed out under it, on top of paying for a surgery with cash, bought a house, had a foundation shift and $11000 in repairs later we are good to go.. then I hear the words "I'm pregnant!"

Sounds like an interesting challenge to me! I hope you'll blog about it here...or have a link in your siggy for 'easy access'.

I'd love to buy 'local'...but there isn't exactly much in the way of 'local' here in Alaska...especially food! So, we're trying to just minimize purchases...

Good luck with your challenge! Looking forward to following it!
