Default So what's for dinner tonight?

We are making Taco Soup & I made a dbl batch so that we can freeze 2/3 for later. Any1 else ever do this? or any variation of such? & any1 have a fantastic EASY frugal recipe they are willing to share?

    Thanks!

Funny, I was thinking about making taco soup in the CP but then realized I have no ground beef. I do have some sausage though I was thinking about throwing in there but I am not sure that would taste very good..

Then I though about vegetarian taco soup...Anyone ever try that?
