I really wanted to go shopping ..but...then...
I really wanted to go shopping. But then I checked the checking balance. It was lower than I like it for this close to last payday
so I didn't go...
Then I received in the mail a $10 off $10 or more coupon for JcPenney's.
so I went shopping and bought
1)A new polar fleece throw (we needed one -- three throws and four people in a 60 degree house leaves one in the cold or fighting to share) originally $19.99
2) a super soft all cotton washcloth ( needed one I notice some of ours are getting quite thin in spots) originally $8.00
Both were either on sale/clearance and I used the coupon
Total before tax ended up being ---$2.98

I love those kind of coupons!! I got one to Kohl's and used it to buy a boxed set of photo ornaments used to supplement a Christmas present and an ornament for an ornament exchange--my total was $5.84

Good job! You got some things you needed, spent very little money, and fed that NASTY shopping habit.

Great shopping. And can't beat almost free!!
Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.

I saw one of those - maybe for Carson's - but can't remember where I put it...LOL...but those are great deals. Unfortunately, Carson's always puts all these limits on those - no sale items, no this, no that, so it's hard to find something that's around $10!
