    Default What I did with my last bit of New Year's beans?

    I had a bowl of New Year's pinto beans left ( I had made the full pound of dry beans) so no one was in the mood for that last bowlful.

    So I fried them up with a bit of hot sauce and made refried beans. Made that into homemade bean burritos and put them in the freezer. Now that bowl of beans is three lunches that Hubby will happily eat.
