Carton of Heavy Cream
What would you do with a carton of heavy cream that needed to be used?
I would hate for it to go to waste....

Make a big pot of potato soup. If I had shrimp or sausage then I'd throw that in too. (I use Paula Dean's recipe if that helps. It's delicious and utterly bad for you

cheese soup
cream of broccoli soup
potato soup
gravy
-- all of which can be frozen to eat later
Use in place of milk or buttermilk for recipes like ranch dressing, cole slaw dressing, biscuits, pancakes, etc. Add 1-2 Tablespoons of lemon juice to the cream to sour it to make mock buttermilk. This has the added benefit of making the cream last longer, so your salad dressing won't go bad in 2 days.Use it up, Wear it out,
Make it do, Or do without. ~unknown

I would make Herb Baked Eggs, Pink Sauce (Italian Sauce),add it (in place of part of the milk)to instant potatoes (makes them 1000% better). Make a potpie filling (turkey/Chicken). Make a mousse!
