Question Will your income be larger or smaller this coming year?

No matter what, our income will be way smaller this coming year. I've learnt to living comfortably though with a smaller income.

    How about you?

Smaller. Dave just had to take a 4% pay cut I'm struggling to re-work the budget and stretch our money.

I don't know. Dh is retiring Jan. 3, but he plans on getting another job. He actually has one lined up already. So I'm guessing our income will be more with 2 paychecks coming in. I do plan on staying frugal in all areas though.

My hubby will get a 9% raise in January, so that will be very nice.

Our income will be lower, because dh was just laid off. We hope that he will find a job soon.

Well, ours I think will be slightly larger than 2002. Hubby will be getting a cost of living raise of 3%. However, 2002 saw us taking a 10,000 cut in pay- very little bonus money. I do not figure bonus money into the budget, so it didn't affect my ability to pay bills, but it is affecting Christmas. I am scaling way back this year.

Should be larger. How much larger is the question. DH is going to get a pay raise, but congress has to decide how much. (military pay raises have to go all the way up there for approval before we get anything) Every little bit helps. Also he should be promoted somtime in 2003 and that increases his pay. (I want to put it away and save the extra, but he may have other plans.

About the same unless my disability is approved and then there will be about a year and a half back pay. If this comes through I will use it to pay off our car.
