Is healthy food more expensive than junk food

I think that it is very interesting how different the prices vary from State to State. Recently I bought:
100% Apple juice 64oz for $1.00-Acme
split chicken breasts $1.00 per pound-Acme
4lbs oranges for $1.99-Shoprite
frozen veggies for .69 16oz bags-Shoprite
eggs-.99-Shoprite
grape jelly .99-Shoprite
peanut butter-1.50-Shoprite
I used to shop at Aldi years ago and now get better deals at Shoprite, sometimes Acme, Walmart and even Rite Aid or Walgreens. I only learned how to cook certain things from my Mom. Fortunately by Grandpop was a chef and I learned a lot from watching him. Food network has inspired me a lot. Even the dollar store sells cookbooks. Shoprite offers cooking classes in some stores and so does Wegmans. We are fortunate to have Produce Junction-Willingboro, Somerdale, Mount Laurel NJ(they have more) and Verchio's-Westville NJ for cheap produce until the farmers markets open or garden's produce. Some of our Farmer's Markets are expensive. Two I love are Flying Feather-Moorestown NJ-expensive, and Hunter's-Cinnaminson NJ-cheaper. Share your resources. I can see some times how fast food might seem more economical. However I think there should be statements on how unhealthy the food is for you. Many times the ingredients just make you more hungry so you eat more.

I still crave chocolate so I try to limit the brand of chocolate and how much I eat.

I will stay with eating foods cooked from scratch.
