Smile $10 off $10 or more at JC Penney's - mother's day version

Did you get a $10 off $10 mother's day coupon from Jc Penney?

If you did what did you chose to use it on?

    With mine:
I bought a pair of much needed sunglasses. The are pretty and comfortable. Originally $26 on sale for 50% off (12.99)and I used my $10 of $10 or more coupon

So they cost me $2.99 cents and they came with a free glasses bag made out of eye glass cleaning material.

    What did you get?

I bought a bra that was on the clearance rack for 50% off, $12.99. I paid 2.99 plus tax.

The English teacher in me has to answer this.

The reason we say a "pair of" is because it has two identical parts that make the whole.

Same reason we say a pair of shoes, or a pair of pants

    Silly English language.

Pants are for cheap people. If you are rich, you buy a pant to go along with your shirt.

~I actually got one of the $10 coupons this time! They skipped me at holiday time.
I bought a pair of khaki Arizona cargo shorts for ds on sale for $12 so I paid $2. They came with a belt and have that great interior elastic with buttons so the waist can be cinched in to fit his tiny self. ~

I've been getting these every few months from both JCP and Kohl's. Each time, I get a $10 shirt of some sort. Long sleeved, T shirt, dress shirt, whatever is cheap and strikes my fancy. It makes me wonder how many years I've thrown those coupons away.

I have heard of a pant suit. Meaning a suit for ladies that comes with slacks instead of a skirt.

I'm going to tonight's sale to use mine. I will check out the clearance racks, but we need bed pillows, and they're on sale, so that'll be the 1st thing I'll be thinking about.
