    Smile I just wanted it

A beautiful sweater hoddie, that is what I saw a lady wearing Sunday at church. Casual and dressy at the same time. So versatile and beautiful that I instantly desired one. I could envision myself wearing it to dress up jeans and shirt for outings. I could envision myself slipping it on when it was chilly in the house. I envisioned feeling beautiful like this lady looked in hers. I envisioned what color I would get, cream to light khaki, so it would go with almost anything. I was so desiring a sweater like that.

I then chastised myself for wanting something so frivolous. I reminded myself that the budget said no to frivolous things. I resigned my sweater fantasy to just that a fantasy.

Today, five days later, I was looking through our coat rack trying to find Little Miss a jacket to wear to school and I find a khaki sweater hoodie. My fantasy sweater I then remember that it has handed down to me to late in the season for me to wear last year so I just hung it up.

I slipped it on and felt beautiful. My sweater fantasy came true. Perfect so perfect.

Way to go. I bet in the back of your mind you remembered the one you had at home. Glad you got that dream sweater. Lately I've been turning clothes that I dont' wear into stuff i will wear. THe lastest is a off white turtle neck sweater that I turned into a cardigan and I love it.

I maintain a limited wardrobe and can generally tell you down to the the back of the closet and bottom of the drawer what I have.

So this was a really big surprise!

Yup, always is amazing what you forget you have. Great that you didn't go out and purchase something you already have. Must have been a great surprise.

Sounds like I need to go shopping in my closets and under my bed again! That was a great thing to have happen! Here's hoping I can duplicate it.
