What happens to the grocery list?
I'm the most faithful one to make a grocery list BUT I'm also the most faithful one to forget it at home ALL the time.
Do you take one with you when grocery shopping?

I sometimes forget my list, but i've driven back home to get it before, because otherwise it'll take me a lot longer to shop ..
But I definitly stick to my list about 95% of the time.

I take a list with me and buy from it. If I forget it, which I have been known to have done, I go crazy trying to remember what I wanted.

Yes, I have to take my list too.
We don't have a Super Walmart here so I usually do regular
Walmart & grocery store the same day as they are right next
to each other.
So, I put grocery store items on one side of the list & Walmart
items on the back side.
I put a "C" & circle it (for coupon) next to the items I have a coupon for so I don't forget to present them at the checkout
counter.

I have my list stuck on the refrigerator. We add to it as we run out of things. I usually miss an item or two on it though. I take it with me 99% of the time.

My list is almost always the same, so I usually don't need to write things down unless I am using coupons.

Golly, I'd be lost with out my list!
I keep a running list on the fridge as we run out, and every Thursday I make a list from the LLs and separate whats on that list into colums for which store has it the cheapest. I mark off what was on the fridge list and grab any coupons, paper clip those to my check book so I don't forget....and off we go!
If I need things not on sale, which is rare cause I can hold out almost longer than they can, as long as i don't have to give up my Campbell's Tomato Soup...Then I will buy it at the place on my price book that had the lowest price last time

I always have my list with me along with whatever coupons I'm using. I put a star next to the item that has a coupon & they go in my bag before I leave the house.

Hey Jen- I do the exact same thing! I use an old envelope for my list and put my coupons inside . I also bring my coupon holder for the times I see something I want that wasn't advertised and is a killer sale combined with my coupon. I usually do Super W*mart and then the grocery store Price Chopper. Takes me a while to shop as I like to check stuff out. Hate hauling stuff in and putting it all away.Originally posted by SouthernJen

I usually need the same things whenever I go shopping, but occasionally will make a list if I run out of things.
I'm so used to not having one that when I do make one I usually wind up forgetting it

I keep a running list on the fridge and then I always bring it with me and if it isn't on the list...it doesn't go in the cart. I also write "C" next to items that I have a coupon for.
